Will attends a dinner party hosted by his ex-wife and her new husband. Right away there is something about his ex's husband which begins to bother him. You can't blame the guy. For their entertainment he puts on a video of a girl dying from cancer.
Already things are off to a shaky start.
I wasn't sure where this was all going upon the initial watch. For a while all you know is that either Will or the husband were going to lose their minds at any moment. But then people start foaming at the mouth.
After abuild-up of awkward party scenesInvitation drops the act and becomes intense. For the sake of discovering fresh meat in Netflix's horror section I would give it a go. There are definitely some thrills in here.
