Twin Peaks: S2, E6

Audrey is rescued from One Eyed Jacks in critical condition, nearly dying from a drug overdose. While in the care of Cooper, calculating father Ben comes calling. Audrey begrudgingly releases herself to him; she now understands all there is to know about her father's plight and the greedy motivations therein. Ben, surprised to see not only his money intact but Cooper unscathed as well, plays dumb to everyone.

Maddy and Donna make off with the secret diary and put it in the hands of Sheriff Truman, skeptical at the discovery of this "duplicate." Donna informs Truman about the Meals on Wheels weirdo Harold Smith and the motivations Laura might have had for putting this special diary in his care.

Josie blackmails Ben Horne into submission, causing him to hand over Tajimura's check for five million dollars before she flees from Twin Peaks.

Maddy and James mutually disown their fling, citing an affinity for Laura as the cause of it all.

Shelley and Bobby throw Leo a welcome-home party, which largely constitutes making a mockery of what remains of him since the Packard Mill fire.
