The mere fact that you hold public office doesn’t give you the entitlement to express your every whim on social media. If I may allude to Ted Cruz and an embarrassing misunderstanding that was conveyed in a tweet earlier this week...I recommend he acquaint himself with the Paris Climate Accord! Given the inflammatory comment he threw at Biden, it would appear Ted has some required reading to do.
And no, I’m not going to discuss any misgivings related to the bombastic, uneducated flim-flam that are Trump’s tweets. To call any of Trump’s Twitter communiques a tweet would be an improvement overall, given the lack of coherency and meaning Cheeto ever managed to muster on the platform. Mercifully, President Biden has the acumen to formulate well-articulated messages on social media that not only employ logic, but more importantly—the truth!
In other news, it would seem Minority Leader McConnell has a bee in his bonnet after his slight change in title. As I could have foreseen, Mitch is back to acting like the old Mitch: rebuffing Democrat bills, and overall behaving like the obstinate old mule we once had a use for when he was backing us with Trump’s impeachment.

Earlier this week, President Biden instated a mandate requiring masks on all federal property. I have to admit, was a little concerned to learn this. Why the fuck is it now they’re requiring maskwear in every state? The pandemic is out of fucking control. We’re experiencing a vaccine shortage. There is talk of pulling the second vaccine until the first can be replenished to acceptable statewide standards. What the fuck? Shame on governors for not taking the reins on this decision-making earlier in the game. This country is a COVID cesspool right now.
